Korean Afternoon Classes
Afternoon classes for the Korean language
is an hour a day Mon thru Fri for 14 weeks, and offers 4 times a year; Spring,
Summer, Fall and Winter. During the school season (Spring and Fall), the course
is an hour a day for 14weeks, but the vacation
season (Summer and Winter), 2 hours for 7 weeks. And from this term (2nd
session of the Spring term), we open the Nighttime Korean language class at
7PM for foreign workers who cannot take the daytime class. On a basis of the Spring schedule, this
nighttime class will be an hour a day for 7 weeks at the tuition of 130,000won.
After the Spring term, it also follows the LEC’s schedule for 2007’ like the
following one.

How to register
1.
Submit the application form by email or
visiting the LEC. (lec.chonbuk.ac.kr)
2.
The notification of the admission will be
sent to the contact information on the application form in the week before the
term. (If the number of the applicants does not meet the minimum class size,
the class does not open.)
3.
Then, pay the tuition fee after the
notification.
As shown in the schedule, There is one
week break during the course of 14 weeks. This course runs for 14 weeks, but
if there are applicants who wish to join an on-going class in the middle of the
course, they can join the 2nd session of the term at the tuition fee of
130,000won.

The placement test
The placement test which consists of a
paper test and an oral interview by the LEC's Korean language teachers, will be
taken place on the first day of the term. And the applicants who will join the
ongoing class after 1st session, will be arranged thru the teachers' interview.
